What We Work On
The 50/50 Group focuses on empowering women, fostering inclusive governance, and promoting sustainable peace in Sierra Leone. Through capacity building, advocacy, and economic empowerment initiatives, we equip women and youth with the skills and resources needed to lead and participate in decision-making processes. Our programs include mentorship, financial inclusion through Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLAs), and peacebuilding efforts to prevent electoral violence and enhance social cohesion. By working with community groups and civil society organizations, we address systemic barriers, advocate for policy reforms, and create opportunities for women to thrive in all aspects of society.
