We equip women and youth with the tools, confidence, and platforms needed to participate meaningfully in political and leadership spaces. Through transformative education and leadership development, we nurture intergenerational leadership, break down systemic barriers, and strengthen women-led structures at local and national levels. Our work amplifies the political voice of women and marginalised groups, ensuring they are not only present but also influential in decision-making spaces.

In partnership with Irish Aid, we have built the leadership capacity of over 820 women leaders, Women’s Community Support Group (WCSG) members, and elected officials, enhancing women’s participation in governance and district-level budget processes. Through the BASE Project, with support from the EU and Christian Aid, we have trained local council representatives to embed gender-sensitive planning into district development frameworks.
