Research & Learning

We generate evidence, document lived realities, and share knowledge to inform policy and practice. Our research and learning approach centres community voices, especially women’s and marginalised groups’, in developing insights and tools for advocacy, programming, and public engagement. We create space for reflection, innovation, and learning across all our thematic areas.

Through the Hewlett-supported initiative, delivered in partnership with Christian Aid, we produced a documentary capturing women’s lived experiences within Sierra Leone’s financial and economic systems. This documentary, alongside a series of learning briefs, has amplified the voices of grassroots women, provided critical insights into gendered economic barriers, and strengthened evidence-based advocacy for more inclusive financial policies.
